These terms apply to everything you buy from POKE'HUB LTD (company number 17396197), registered at 16 Commerce Square, Lace Market, Nottingham, NG1 1HS. Please read them before ordering. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Placing an order

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. Your order becomes a contract only when we send you an order confirmation email after payment has been taken.

Because most of our stock consists of single, one-of-a-kind items, it is possible for something to sell in the moments between you adding it to your basket and reaching checkout. If that happens we will tell you before taking any payment.

If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and either honour the correct price with your agreement or cancel and refund the order in full. We will not simply ship at the wrong price and invoice you for the difference.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed unless you have chosen a guaranteed service.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we will put it right.

Description of goods

We describe every card as accurately as we can. Raw singles are photographed individually and graded against the standard condition ladder set out in our help centre.

Graded slabs are sold as they were encapsulated by the grading company. We state the grading company, grade and certification number on every listing so you can verify the card independently before purchase. We do not re-holder, crack or alter slabs.

Card images from third-party databases are used for reference only where indicated; the photographs of the actual item always take precedence.

Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details are in our delivery and returns policy.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a card is not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair. This right lasts well beyond the 14-day cancellation window and is not affected by it.

Liability

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for changes in the market value of any card after purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
